Tamworth Caregivers offers no-fee transportation services to homebound Tamworth residents, providing access to crucial medical and independent living services. The Tamworth Foundation contributed toward this critical need for transportation services funding.

The Tamworth Civic News has received more than one type of valuable support from the Tamworth Foundation. In addition to financial support for special projects, the board has been willing to sit down with us and answer any and all questions about how to better manage our organization.

The gift of a sound system to the Arts Council of Tamworth supported our mission to bring the arts to Tamworth. It has also been used by TCNA, The Community School, The Barnstormers and other local nonprofits. It has provided Tamworth residents with sound for weddings, funerals, fundraising for families in need, and more.

With help from The Tamworth Foundation, Advice To The Players provides fulfilling creative opportunities for the Tamworth community. The Foundation supported a dynamic production of Shakespeare's Macbeth in 2007, and the building of a beautiful new set for A Christmas Carol in 2008. We couldn't be more grateful!

The Tamworth Foundation has supported The Tamworth Swim Program for many years. With the Foundation's assistance, it has allowed the swim program to remain affordable for all children. One goal of the swim program has been to teach a life long skill that can be used anywhere. The swim program has been in existence since the 1940s, running its program from White Lake. It is with pride we watch the continued success of our students. Thank you, Tamworth Foundation for your continued generous support. This support enables us to offer a quality program to area children.
